Our FFL License
We are a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) authorized to receive, process, and transfer firearms on your behalf. You can download a copy of our FFL license below to provide to your online seller or dealer.
📄 Download Our FFLHow the Transfer Process Works
Buy from any online retailer, auction site, or out-of-state dealer. They will need to ship it to a local FFL — that's us.
Download our FFL license above and email it to your seller. They will ship the firearm directly to our store.
Once the firearm arrives, we inspect it, log it into our bound book, and contact you to let you know it's ready.
All transfers require a completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check, regardless of whether you hold an LTC.
Once approved, pay your transfer fee and you're done. The whole in-store process typically takes 20–30 minutes.
Common Transfer Questions
Do I need an LTC to complete a transfer?
No. An LTC (License to Carry) does not exempt you from the 4473 or background check requirement. All transfers require both, per federal law.
How long does the background check take?
Most NICS checks are completed within minutes. Occasionally a check is delayed — in that case, federal law allows us to transfer after 3 business days if no denial has been received.
What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID. Your ID must show your current address, or you must bring a supporting document (utility bill, bank statement) showing your current address.
Can I have a firearm shipped here from a private seller?
Private sellers must ship through a licensed FFL dealer in their state — they cannot ship directly to you or to us without going through their local FFL. Interstate private transfers still require the FFL-to-FFL process.
How long will you hold my firearm after it arrives?
We will hold your firearm for 30 days after notifying you of its arrival. After 30 days, storage fees may apply. Please pick up promptly.
Do you accept NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.)?
Yes. We can receive NFA items as the transferring dealer. Please contact us in advance to confirm the process and any additional requirements for NFA transfers.
